Sometimes you just need a little inspiration.
Every mom (myself included!) stresses about the perfect outfits for their portraits. She wants to make sure what she chooses showcases her family’s individual style, while keeping current in trends. But it still needs to stay classic enough to stand the test of time in the heirloom art that will be made from it. It’s enough to make your head spin. We always try to guide our clients through lots of options, including having available the comprehensive guide of online stores and ideas for every style out there. Whether the family is funky or traditional, we do our best help pull outfits together to make a cohesive portrait for our families.
But sometimes a girl needs a little visual help too! In comes Staci, a fabulous mama we have had the pleasure of working with for years. (See those ridiculously cute red headed boys at the top of the blog? They belong to her.) Staci and her family attend our church and every Sunday I sit in awe of how effortlessly pulled together she is. How accessorized! How trendy! How adorable! At first I wanted her to be my personal stylist……but then I had a better idea! She can be our studio stylist! Has a ring to it, huh?
Staci’s first mission was to pull together for a look for a summer field session for a family of four. I love the play on neutrals she has going on here! What do you guys think?
