What better time than the first week of spring to share with you this in-home newborn lifestyle session. Maybe it’s this perfect Dallas weather or the wildflowers blooming all around, but I’ve had babies on the brain all week! Love them!

We’ve had the immense pleasure of working with this sweet family since their eldest, Ford, was a just a little baby bump. The first time we met these three sweet kiddo’s mama, we instantly clicked. We know how lucky we are to have had the opportunity to create a long lasting relationship through yearly sessions, capturing families as they grow. The last time we met,we got to meet up with the whole crew to capture an extended family session for them. Take a peek here! Hand’s down, one of the best parts of this job is the unique ability to watch a family grow; in size and love. We’ve gotten to see Ford grow up from a sleepy newborn to the super energetic and hilarious big-brother to Maxey and John Atwood (love his middle name) he is today. Speaking of Maxey, every time we see her, we swear she grows a foot! What a gorgeous little girl!

This family lives on a stunning expanse of beautiful acreage about 2 hours west of Dallas. We were thrilled at the opportunity to capture this session at their home in the country for a little change of pace; we documented Ford and Maxey’s newborn sessions in our studio. We love documenting lifestyle shots, especially for newborn sessions. It shows the natural and organic love that flows so freely through each family.  We could not get enough of the sweet snuggles and giggles shared between Ford and Maxey with their new best friend and sibling! We can already tell these 3 are going to have a lifelong friendship full of love and laughter, and we’re excited to document it all!
