Brenden (9 months)– Dallas Baby Photographer

We love seeing this little guy grow!  In just 9 months, we have been so lucky to photograph Brenden and his sweet parents 4 times.  Love him and his blue blue eyes!!

Katie (7) + Charlie, Bobby & Will (2)–Dallas Child and Family Photography

Finally!  I am sharing some pics from our super fun shoot with Katie and her triplet brothers….

Mom said they have a “punch card” for the E.R.   After seeing this, I can see why!  These boys are so high energy and fun…..I wish I had gotten snaps of the giggles (no tears!) after this tumble.  But I was busy recovering from a mini heart attack.

Kane (3) + Taylor (15mo) + Hunter (10 days)–Dallas Newborn Photography

These back to back cuties did such a great job….we love this family!  We have photographed big brother Kane since he was a bump in the belly.

Oh!  And while I’m here….I finally set up a facebook page!!  I’ve had a personal one for a long time, but now the studio has one, too.   Next week the blog will have a whole new look (SQUEEL!) and I’ll have a a cute little facebook icon somewhere on here…..but for now, just click HERE and then click “LIKE!” to get updates on what’s up around the studio….

Beautiful bellies

I so love photographing pregnant mamas and the daddies too….to me there is really not a better time in your life to celebrate your body. Growing a miracle was the most powerful time of my life, and I get excited each time I get to meet families going through such a transformation.  It was a real honor to photograph two expecting women last week….

Here is gorgeous Becca and John

And  beautiful Andrea…

Pearson(15) + Callahan(14) + Cayden(3) + Clancy(2)

Check out this beautiful family in the sunny morning field….

Wade(7) + Riley(5) + Reese & Wyatt (2 year old twins)

This family really expanded since the last time we saw them!!  All four of these cuties are super sweet and a joy to play with….

Tom (14) + Mark (8)

Talk about a great mother’s day present!

These guys came in on Friday afternoon to give mom just what she wanted…..portraits to match what we did of their brother and sister years ago at the same ages.  One commemorating his first communion, and the other his graduation from the eight grade.

I had a lot of fun processing these in a film style…..sometimes I really miss those days!   I think lately we forget that an image can be just clean and simple and unfussy…..and REAL.

Caught My Eye….

Happy Mothers Day!  I hope all the mommies out there had as great a day as I did…..nothing beats church+La Duni brunch+a little shopping+tons of time with kids and Matt.

I’m working a bit tonight…lots to get accomplished!  This little lady caught my eye while cropping some images to go to the lab.  Ohhhh….could you not eat her up?   I’ll have a bunch of sneak peeks up from our sessions last week soon…
